APT Tour Personaliser
Booking Number:

Tour Personaliser will only list passengers who share a single surname.
To access other passengers on your booking, you will need to log in with their surname (together with the booking number) and complete separately.

Use Tour Personaliser to:
  • Access your booking details
  • Update your booking details, including passport details for international travel.
  • Access and up-date your personal details (to avoid amendment fees)
  • Book your Freedom of Choice (FOCT) arrangements before departure (if applicable)
       - Please note that FOCT pre selection is not available on all tours. In these circumstances you will be asked for your selection while on tour.
  • Provide essential flight details necessary for the complete handling of your booking arrangements
  • Authorised Travel Agents can access and up-date all client travel, booking and personal details (to ensure a quick booking process and avoid amendment fees)
Please be aware that Tour Personaliser is available for you to make changes to most fields in the Passenger Details tab up to 14 days from the start of your tour, or once documentation has been issued. Changes to the Flight Details, and Freedom of Choice Touring and Club Merchandise areas will be available for editing up to 45 days from the start of your tour. If you require changes to be made to after this period, please contact the authorised travel consultant handling your booking.
